Itinerary
Day 1: 27th December (Sunday) - Piracicaba
Departure in the evening heading to the city of Belo Horizonte. Travel conducted in a comfortable tourist bus, with onboard service and scheduled stops for rest and meals.
Day 2: 28th December (Monday) - Belo Horizonte
Arrival in the early morning. Breakfast (included) to start our itinerary. We will visit the main tourist attractions of the city, accompanied by a local guide.
Free time for meals.
Accommodation at the hotel and the rest of the day free.
Day 3: 29th December (Tuesday) - Belo Horizonte/Brumadinho/Belo Horizonte
Departure after breakfast to visit the largest open-air museum in the world, the Inhotim Institute in the city of Brumadinho.
Combining world-class contemporary art and a botanical garden over 140 hectares. Time to explore, contemplate, and have lunch.
At the end of the visit, return to the hotel and the rest of the day free.
Day 4: 30th December (Wednesday) - Belo Horizonte/Rio Piracicaba/Belo Horizonte
Early departure to board the Vale passenger train, heading to Rio Piracicaba. We will experience rural life, visiting cheese producers in the region. We will travel to the destination via the Vitória-Minas railway, enjoying beautiful landscapes on a journey of approximately 02h35.
Start of the tour with a delicious breakfast, visit to a cheese factory, and tasting of artisanal cheeses and a local distillery.
Lunch (included) at a local restaurant.
We will continue the tour, accompanied by a local guide, visiting more tourist attractions in the region.
Afternoon coffee (included) at the end of the tour and boarding the train to return to Belo Horizonte.
Expected arrival at 20:30 at the train station and return to the hotel. The rest of the night is free.
Day 5: 31st December (Thursday) - Belo Horizonte/Sabará/Belo Horizonte
Departure after breakfast to visit the historic city of Sabará. We will explore some of the main tourist spots in the city, a true journey back to the times of colonial Brazil and the Gold Cycle. Tour conducted on foot, accompanied by a historian guide.
Free time for meals. Return to the hotel.
At a previously agreed time, departure for the Grand New Year's Eve Party. Return to the hotel also at an agreed time.
Day 6: 1st January (Friday) - Belo Horizonte/Lagoa Santa/Belo Horizonte
Free morning. At a previously informed time, departure to visit the Lapinha Cave, located in the Sumidouro park in the city of Lagoa Santa. Considered one of the seven wonders of the Royal Road, it is characterized by the marks of an underground river.
It has a depth of 40 meters and a length of 511 meters, of which 300 are visitable.
At the end of the visit, return to the hotel. The rest of the day is free.
Day 7: 2nd January (Saturday) - Belo Horizonte/Piracicaba
Departure after breakfast starting the return trip to Piracicaba. Expected arrival in the late afternoon.
Disembark at the same location as the embarkation.

The CONTRACTING PARTY agrees that he/she must comply with all the timetables previously informed by the reservations department, taking responsibility for any delays and their consequences.
The CONTRACTING PARTY must present themselves for boarding carrying their personal documents original and with photo , and identify themselves to the VIVÊNCIAS OPERADORA DE TURISMO representative who will be present at the time.
The Tour Operator will grant a 15-minute grace period after the confirmed boarding time (Road Packages), if the passenger does not show up for boarding within this stipulated period, it will be considered a No Show.
In the case of boarding for air packages, the PASSENGER is aware and agrees that they must arrive at the airport mentioned on their ticket 3 hours in advance for domestic journeys and 4 hours in advance for international flights.

The CONTRACTING PARTY must present themselves for boarding with their personal documents original and with photo , and identify themselves to the VIVÊNCIAS OPERADORA DE TURISMO representative who will be present at the time. Pay attention to the expiry date of your documents, as the following will not be accepted expired documents. In the case of ID cards, for international trips and sea cruises (MERCOSUR), documents with an issue date older than 10 years will not be accepted.
For domestic journeys using air and/or road transport, it is necessary to present an original identification document in good condition. (Any of the following: Identity Card; National Passport; National Driver's Licence (model with photograph); Professional Cards issued by National Councils (models with photograph); Work Permit). If the passenger does not have these documents, or if they are illegible and/or illegible, they will be denied boarding.
For international journeys, the passenger must carry a passport with an expiry date of less than 6 months from the date of return.
The CONTRACTING PARTY must present the Operator with the visas required for each country, with an expiry date of less than 6 months from the date of return from the trip.
The Operator is not responsible for issuing visas, as the issuing of this document is at the discretion of each country's authorities.
Embarkation of Minors: In order to embark on national trips with minors under the age of 16 (Law No. 13.812/2019), they must be accompanied by a parent, grandparent or guardian, or a sibling or uncle over the age of 18, always providing documentary proof of the degree of kinship (via the minor's Original Birth Certificate or Authenticated Copy). If you are accompanied by an adult without the degree of kinship described above, you will need written authorisation, notarised, from the parent or guardian. However, if you are unaccompanied, you will need judicial authorisation from the Child and Youth Court, all in accordance with articles 83 to 85 of the Statute of the Child and Adolescent - Law no. 8,069/90. Passengers can obtain more information on the necessary documentation from the Federal Police (www.dpf.gov.br).
Accommodation for minors: For accommodation for children (12 years old or under) or adolescents (18 years old or under), they must be accompanied by the person mentioned in the paragraph above, unless they have been expressly AUTHORISED to stay by their parents or guardian, in writing and with a notarised signature, all in accordance with article 82 of the Statute of the Child and Adolescent - Law no. 8.069/90.
importantbirth certificates for children over 12 will not be accepted . In cases of theft, robbery or loss of the identification document, a police report issued less than 60 days previously is valid.
