Itinerary
Day 1: June 11 (Thursday) - São Paulo
Presentation at São Paulo International Airport (Guarulhos) at 11:30 PM, (Terminal 3) for boarding procedures of flight LA-8004 to Lima.
Day 2: June 12 (Friday) - São Paulo/Lima/Cusco
Departure of the flight at 03:40 AM, with an expected arrival at 07:00 AM. Boarding flight LA-2037 to Cusco, departing at 09:45 AM. Arrival in Cusco at 11:15 AM. Reception at the airport by our local team.
We will proceed to the restaurant to relax and enjoy our first lunch (included) on Peruvian soil. Transfer to the hotel for accommodation and the rest of the day free.
Day 3: June 13 (Saturday) - Cusco/Sacred Valley (Maras/Moray/Ollantaytambo)
**BRING ONLY THE NECESSITIES FOR 1 NIGHT IN A SMALL SUITCASE OR BACKPACK (UP TO 5KG); THE REST WILL BE STORED AT THE HOTEL UNTIL OUR RETURN IN 2 DAYS.
After breakfast, check-out and departure from the hotel, starting our incredible journey through Peruvian history. On the way to the Sacred Valley, we will visit what was the Inca agricultural center of Moray, with its famous circular amphitheater, the salt mines of Maras, and the Archaeological Complex of Ollantaytambo, an impressive Inca fortress.
Lunch (included) during the tour. Overnight at a hotel in the Sacred Valley.
Day 4: June 14 (Sunday) - Sacred Valley/Aguas Calientes (Machu Picchu)
After breakfast (very early). Transfer to the train station for boarding the Vistadome Panoramic Train, starting our journey to the lost city of the Incas: Machu Picchu, one of the most important tourist attractions in the country. It was a center of worship and astronomical observation and consists of two large areas: agricultural and urban with temples, squares, and royal mausoleums built with perfection and refinement. Arrival at the sanctuary is done by local bus. Lunch (included) after leaving the sanctuary. Accommodation at the hotel in Aguas Calientes (a small and charming Andean village).
Day 5: June 15 (Monday) - Aguas Calientes/Cusco (Vistadome Train)
Breakfast at the hotel and free time to explore the city. At the previously informed time, departure from the hotel and boarding the Vistadome train, returning to Ollantaytambo.
Upon arrival, transfer by bus to the hotel in Cusco for overnight.
Day 6: June 16 (Tuesday) - Cusco (City Tour)
After breakfast, departure to explore the ancient capital of the Inca Empire and its main historical buildings (Cathedral, Plaza de Armas, Koricancha, Kenko, Puca Pucara, Tambomachay, and the Fortress of Sacsayhuaman).
Lunch (included) during the tour.
Day 7: June 17 (Wednesday) - Cusco/Lima (Flight)
Breakfast at the hotel and free morning. Check-out at 11:00 AM. At the previously informed time, transfer to Cusco airport for boarding procedures for flight LA-2042 to Lima. Departure of the flight at 4:35 PM and arrival at 6:00 PM. Transfer to the hotel for accommodation.
Dinner (included) at the hotel restaurant.
Day 8: June 18 (Thursday) - Lima (Colonial and Modern Tour)
After breakfast, departure to explore the capital of the country, with its historical relics mixed with modern constructions. We will conclude the tour at the Larco Museum with lunch (included).
Return to the hotel and the rest of the day free.
Day 9: June 19 (Friday) - Lima
Entire day free to explore this beautiful city.
Day 10: June 20 (Saturday) - Lima/São Paulo (Flight)
Check-out and departure from the hotel after breakfast. Transfer to Lima airport for boarding procedures for flight LA-8099 to São Paulo. Departure of the flight at 1:05 PM, and arrival at 8:05 PM.

The CONTRACTING PARTY agrees that he/she must comply with all the timetables previously informed by the reservations department, taking responsibility for any delays and their consequences.
The CONTRACTING PARTY must present themselves for boarding carrying their personal documents original and with photo , and identify themselves to the VIVÊNCIAS OPERADORA DE TURISMO representative who will be present at the time.
The Tour Operator will grant a 15-minute grace period after the confirmed boarding time (Road Packages), and if the passenger fails to board within this stipulated period, they will be considered a No Show.
In the case of boarding for air packages, the PASSENGER is aware and agrees that they must arrive at the airport mentioned on their ticket 3 hours in advance for domestic trips and 4 hours in advance for international flights.

The CONTRACTING PARTY must present themselves for boarding carrying their personal documents original and with photo , and identify themselves to the VIVÊNCIAS OPERADORA DE TURISMO representative who will be present at the time. Pay attention to the expiration date of your documents, as the following will not be accepted expired documents. In the case of ID cards, for international trips and sea cruises (MERCOSUR), documents with an issue date older than 10 years will not be accepted.
For domestic trips using air and/or road transport, an original ID document in good condition must be presented (any of the following): Identity Card; National Passport; National Driver's License (model with photograph); Professional Cards issued by National Councils (models with photograph); Work Permit). If the passenger does not have the aforementioned documentation, or if it is illegible and/or has been erased, they will not be allowed to board.
For international trips, passengers must carry a passport with an expiration date of less than 6 months from the date of return.
The CONTRACTING PARTY must present the Operator with the visas required for each country, with an expiration date of less than 6 months from the return of the trip.
The Operator is not responsible for issuing visas, since the issuing of this document is at the discretion of the authority in each country.
Embarkation of Minors: In order to embark on national trips with minors under the age of 16 (Law No. 13.812/2019), they must be accompanied by a parent or grandparent, or guardian, or a sibling or uncle over the age of 18, always providing documentary proof of the degree of kinship (via the minor's Original Birth Certificate or Authenticated Copy). In the event that you are accompanied by an adult without the degree of kinship described above, you will need written authorization, notarized, from the father, mother or guardian. However, if you are unaccompanied, you will need judicial authorization from the Child and Youth Court, all in accordance with articles 83 to 85 of the Statute of the Child and Adolescent - Law No. 8,069/90. Passengers can obtain more information on the necessary documentation from the Federal Police (www.dpf.gov.br).
Accommodation for Minors: For accommodation for children (12 years old or younger) or adolescents (18 years old or younger), they must be accompanied by the person mentioned in the paragraph above, unless they have been expressly AUTHORIZED to stay by their parents or guardian, in writing and with a notarized signature, all in accordance with article 82 of the Child and Adolescent Statute - Law No. 8.069/90.
importantbirth certificates for children over 12 will not be accepted . In cases of theft, robbery or loss of the identification document, a police report issued less than 60 days previously is valid.
