Itinerary
1st day: 16/04/2026 (Thursday)
Presentation at 3pm at Guarulhos International Airport (TERMINAL3 / H) to meet the tour guide and boarding procedures. Departure on flight AZ-679 scheduled for 18.50.
2nd day: 17/04/2026 (Friday)
Arrival at Rome International Airport at 11.30am. Reception by our local staff and start of our journey. Transfer to the hotel for accommodation and the rest of the day free to rest or explore the region.
Dinner(included) at the hotel.
3rd day: 18/04/2026 (Saturday)
Breakfast. Departure for a panoramic tour of the Eternal City (Basilica of St Mary Major, Church of St John Lateran, Arch of Constantine, Colosseum (stop), Baths of Caracalla, Circus Maximus and Domus Flavia Augustana (stop), Capitoline Hill, Venice Square, Taberina Island, Trastevere and Castle of the Holy Angel.
Return to the hotel and dinner(included).
4th day: 19/04/1026 (Sunday)
Breakfast at the hotel and day at leisure.

5th day: 20/04/2026 (Monday)
Breakfast and departure from the hotel at 07.30 for Assisi, where you will have a guided tour of the Basilica of St Francis. In Siena, a beautiful medieval city, we'll explore the streets that lead to Piazza del Campo and the Cathedral, a magnificent example of Italian Gothic architecture.
We'll continue on to Florence for a walking tour of its historic buildings such as the Church of Santa Croce (Pantheon of Italian Glories), the Cathedral of Santa Maria delle Flores, the famous Gates of Paradise of the Baptistery, Piazza Della Signoria with its statues and the fountain of Neptune, Ponte Vecchio over the River Arno and finally, the Straw Market. Hotel accommodation and dinner(included).
day 6: 21/04/2026 (Tuesday)
After breakfast, we'll visit the city of Galileo Galilei. Pisa is known for its Campo dei Miracoli with the largest ensemble of Romanesque architecture in Europe, made up of the Cathedral, Baptistery, Campo Santo and the famous leaning tower. Free time.
Return to the hotel and dinner(included).
day 7: 22/04/2026 (Wednesday)
Check-out after breakfast and departure for Venice. On arrival, we'll take a taxi-boat to St Mark's Square. Free time to explore the Basilica, Clock Tower, Bell Tower, Doge's Palace and Bridge of Sighs. Hotel accommodation in Mestre.
Dinner(included) at the hotel.
day 8: 23/04/2026 (Thursday)
Breakfast and check-out following the imposing Sole Road, crossing the Apennine Mountains and the Emilia-Romagna region
Emilia-Romagna region, passing the capital Bologna. After crossing the River Po, we'll enter the Veneto region and arrive in Padua, where we'll visit the tomb of St Anthony. We continue on to Sirmione, on the shores of Lake Garda, with free time.
Hotel accommodation and dinner(included).
9th day: 24/04/2026 (Friday)
After breakfast, city tour of Milan in the morning and free time in the afternoon. Return to the hotel in the late afternoon. Dinner(included) at the hotel.
day 10: 25/04/2026 (Saturday)

Check-out in the early hours of the morning and transfer to Milan Airport for boarding procedures. Departure on flight AZ-2013 at 07.00 for Rome (connection). Arrival at 08.10 and boarding at 09.35 on flight AZ 678 to São Paulo. Arrival at 16.50 at Guarulhos International Airport.

embarkation
The CONTRACTING PARTY agrees that he/she must comply with all the timetables previously informed by the reservations department, taking responsibility for any delays and their consequences.
The CONTRACTING PARTY must present themselves for boarding carrying their personal documents original and with photo , and identify themselves to the VIVÊNCIAS OPERADORA DE TURISMO representative who will be present at the time.
The Tour Operator will grant a 15-minute grace period after the confirmed boarding time (Road Packages), if the passenger does not show up for boarding within this stipulated period, it will be considered a No Show.
In the case of boarding for air packages, the PASSENGER is aware and agrees that they must arrive at the airport mentioned on their ticket 3 hours in advance for domestic journeys and 4 hours in advance for international flights.

The CONTRACTING PARTY must present themselves for boarding with their personal documents original and with photo , and identify themselves to the VIVÊNCIAS OPERADORA DE TURISMO representative who will be present at the time. Pay attention to the expiry date of your documents, as the following will not be accepted expired documents. In the case of ID cards, for international trips and sea cruises (MERCOSUR), documents with an issue date older than 10 years will not be accepted.
For domestic journeys using air and/or road transport, it is necessary to present an original identification document in good condition. (Any of the following: Identity Card; National Passport; National Driver's Licence (model with photograph); Professional Cards issued by National Councils (models with photograph); Work Permit). If the passenger does not have these documents, or if they are illegible and/or illegible, they will be denied boarding.
For international journeys, the passenger must carry a passport with an expiry date of less than 6 months from the date of return.
The CONTRACTING PARTY must present the Operator with the visas required for each country, with an expiry date of less than 6 months from the date of return from the trip.
The Operator is not responsible for issuing visas, as the issuing of this document is at the discretion of each country's authorities.
Embarkation of Minors: In order to embark on national trips with minors under the age of 16 (Law No. 13.812/2019), they must be accompanied by a parent, grandparent or guardian, or a sibling or uncle over the age of 18, always providing documentary proof of the degree of kinship (via the minor's Original Birth Certificate or Authenticated Copy). If you are accompanied by an adult without the degree of kinship described above, you will need written authorisation, notarised, from the parent or guardian. However, if you are unaccompanied, you will need judicial authorisation from the Child and Youth Court, all in accordance with articles 83 to 85 of the Statute of the Child and Adolescent - Law no. 8,069/90. Passengers can obtain more information on the necessary documentation from the Federal Police (www.dpf.gov.br).
Accommodation for minors: For accommodation for children (12 years old or under) or adolescents (18 years old or under), they must be accompanied by the person mentioned in the paragraph above, unless they have been expressly AUTHORISED to stay by their parents or guardian, in writing and with a notarised signature, all in accordance with article 82 of the Statute of the Child and Adolescent - Law no. 8.069/90.
importantbirth certificates for children over 12 will not be accepted . In cases of theft, robbery or loss of the identification document, a police report issued less than 60 days previously is valid.
