Within two (2) days prior to the start date of the journey, the user who has made an online purchase will receive the voucher in their e-mail. General Provisions

The present instrument constitutes the entire agreement between the parties, prevailing over any other understanding previously entered into. Notifications must be made in writing, via conventional mail by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt.

Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

The Terms and Conditions of Use are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Its text shall be interpreted in the Portuguese language. Users of the Vivências Operadora website submit to the Central Court of the District of São Bernardo do Campo - SP.

Payment methods

Credit card: the procedure is carried out in a secure environment (SSL) and through automatic processing. All data provided is encrypted and sent directly to the credit card company. This payment method allows you to pay in instalments, depending on the value of the package and the conditions offered on the site on a daily basis - instalments are only valid for individuals, so legal entities can only pay in cash. The interest rate on purchases in instalments and the minimum amount of the instalments may change without prior notice.

If there are any discrepancies in the booking you have made, you will be notified by e-mail or by telephone, and you may be contacted by Vivências Operadora and asked to send documents. Your credit card has a purchase limit set by its administrator. For your booking to be approved, the limit available on your card must be equal to or greater than the total amount of the purchase and not each instalment. As such, we may refuse some requests because they exceed this limit, and Vivências Operadora is not responsible for disapproving the credit.
